SERVPRO of Bordentown/Pemberton is hiring a Business Development Manager!
 
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving our marketing campaigns, overseeing the client database, and maintaining an active presence at local and regional associations and events. You will be responsible for growing business profit and revenue and developing long-standing business relationships. If you are proactive, truly enjoy providing superior service, and a high sales performer who loves taking ownership, this could be an ideal place for you!
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare a business development plan based on past performance and franchise growth objectives to meet and/or exceed planned revenue and activities goals for the business development team
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, maintaining assigned contact lists, participating in professional associations, hosting lunch-and-learns, and promoting continuing education (CE) courses
  • Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event preparation
  • Conduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contacts, build customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons SERVPRO® is the best cleaning and restoration company in the world, compile and maintain center of influence information., identify “Target 25” (Top 25 contacts to develop into clients)
  • Provide owners and marketing managers with one-on-one meetings (closing appointments) with COIs to encourage SERVPRO® referrals

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred
  • A minimum of three years of direct sales experience
  • Strong process and results driven attitude
  • Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred
